The coffered Gallery, opened in June 2009, is a project born from the passion to discover and share what discovered. And your goal is to be a reference for any fan of contemporary art. His other goal, no less important, is to expose and promote their artists through exhibitions and competitions.

Gallery programming consists of individual or collective exhibitions, organized around a common argument. It occurs approximately every six weeks and have all of them with their corresponding catalog. In addition to works by artists exposed, it offers the public a selection of graphic works by some of the best creators of our country.

In coffered also activities related to literature, music and film are held. As a meeting place, it is open to welcome initiatives that show the various manifestations of art.

The gallery occupies the ground floor of an eighteenth century building, called "the Alhaja". Its 100 square meters has three bright rooms, equipped with the appropriate means to show, in the best conditions, painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and video.

The coffered Gallery, located in La Granja de San Ildefonso (Segovia), has its location on King Street No.9, leading to the Palace Gardens, one of the most beautiful places in the region. At the foot of the Guadarrama mountains, 75 km from Madrid and 11 from Segovia, La Granja offers many cultural and natural attractions. These unique characteristics have made the segoviana town into a tourist destination of great appeal.
