We are a company that was born in 1981, as a small village bar, run by the marriage Broton-Muñoz, totally family, which was made all kinds of Spanish food, homemade.

In 1998, we decided to expand horizons, this is how Manoli Asador Restaurant was born, which was run by the promoter, Mr. Manolita, in which delicious meats cooked on the grill were tasted.

In 2011, and in order to continue with the hospitality tradition that floods our family, we are the children of the Broton-Muñoz couple, who decided to take the reins of the company, and with much effort, determination and work we decided to reform the premises to adapt it to the 21st century, as well as our menu, in which you can taste both our classic tapas, which have given us our personality and other more elaborate and structured that are those of the author.

But you can not only taste the tapas, as we have an extensive culinary menu that goes from the aforementioned tapas, to the grilled meats, which can be accompanied with our handmade homemade sauces, passing by the salads with their different dressings and ending with homemade desserts that are to suck your fingers.

With this new project, we hope to get you all our know-how and the taste for hospitality that has distinguished us during all these years.

For all this, we just have to THANK you for making it possible for us to dedicate ourselves to our passion during these 30 years that we have been at the helm of the hospitality company.
