More than 25 years of experience are what have made the Horno de San Juan Restaurant a benchmark in the province of Burgos. A careful selection of raw materials, traditional Castilian cuisine and the best preparation thanks to the kitchen team led by our renowned Chef Manuel Zambrano de la Cruz, are the 3 essential ingredients we need for this.

It stands out for its pleasant and cozy atmosphere over a Castilian decoration, with capacity for 125 people.

We own a wood oven for our IGP lamb, a mandatory requirement in Burgos land in which the kitchen revolves around the churra sheep.

We also offer a complete menu and an extensive wine cellar.

Monday to Friday menu of the day with 4 first, 4 seconds and 4 desserts to choose, bread, water, wine and coffee. On weekends and holidays we also have special menus.

We have special rooms for your private events, with capacities of up to 350 people.
