We own a wood oven for our IGP lamb, a mandatory requirement in Burgos land in which the kitchen revolves around the churra sheep.

Monday to Friday menu of the day with 4 first, 4 seconds and 4 desserts to choose, bread, water, wine and coffee. On weekends and holidays we also have special menus.
We have special rooms for your private events, with capacities of up to 350 people.
