Plav

Plav is located in the easternmost part of the country, bordering Kosovo to the east and Albania to the south....

The city of Plav takes its name after the neighboring lake. Generally, the activities there are limited to hiking on the mountains in the East, or visiting its parks. The national park of Prokletije is really close to the city, and extends after the borders with Albania. In the mountains, there are also two noticeable lakes, the Hrid and Visitor, two lakes with a floating island on the surface. If you are brave enough, you can try to get to the top of Maja Jezerce, in Albania.
