This house is not a hotel! Ours is a family business. The rooms where you will stay are the places where we grew up, so it is for this reason that we did not want to make them distorting them too maybe you, more comfortable, but at the expense of the heat that to us (and hopefully you) infuse. We tried to keep the structure as similar to the original farm, where we have always lived happy moments. Maybe our rooms do not have all the comforts of a hotel (no fridge bar will air conditioned!) But each has its own personality and style. And 'why we have given each room the name of a painter and not a cool number. Immersed in the Conero Park beautiful valley you will find peace and silence that only the country can offer, fairytale sunsets, comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms with private bathrooms, linens, tv, free wifi in public areas, a standing fan and a common area with a fridge to store your things and a microwave oven to possibly warm the baby food or milk to children at any time. In summer, including an umbrella and two beach chairs to the plant agreement with us, just 2 km from the farm. You can decide day by day, without the constraint of the half board, if you dine in our restaurant trying the daily menu at 13 euro per person, drinks excluded and covered, or alternatively choose the à la carte menu. Our riding is at your disposal for horseback riding of all kinds, and there is also the ponies for the kids! Your pets are of course welcome at no extra cost!

If you want somewhere to relax and enjoy the peace of a well deserved vacation you are welcome, but left out of the gate stress, unnecessary frustrations, anxieties and inadequate expectations. Alternatively you can choose for your vacation one of the many hotels, bed & breakfasts, apartments, houses or any other different type approved and accommodation standards that the area offers plenty. If you are used to sleep by the sounds of traffic and making you say good morning awaken by the noise and find that none of these you can do without, our farm is not for you, here you will be awakened by the braying of our asses and neighing of our horses and your lullaby will be the croaking of frogs. This does not mean, however, that on a Saturday night peak season can not be "disturbed" by the chatter and the voices of the guests of the restaurant that you entertain a little more to enjoy the last moments of the evening in our comfortable garden. Our advice is to join them drinking an infusion under the stars comfortably stretched out on large carpets and cushions scattered in the garden.
