Architect designed house with open plan living, built during 2012, on a quiet estate. Cul de sac, so no traffic. We have got on first floor, 2 guest rooms each 12 m2. Each room has a double bed 160x200. Built in wardrobe, and en-suite shower and washbasin. There is a shared toilet just outside the bedrooms on the first floor, and a second toilet available on the ground floor exclusive for clients. On the landing outside the rooms, there is a cozy corner with seating and a complementary coffee, tea and water for guests. The East facing room has a balcony, with views over pool and the neighbourhood. The West facing room window with views to neighbour and big green open space down to the town center. The shower rooms are equipped with soap, shower gel, towels and hairdryer. The price is per room.
