Ca l'Eladi is more than 100 years old, it has been recently restored and it was inaugurated in 2008 with all its interiors rebuilt and respecting, as far as possible, its old walls, which can still be seen.

Attempts have been made to respect as much as possible the idea of ​​a town house in Valencia, with its white façade and blue window frames, painted according to the popular tradition of the area, in order to keep away witches and evil spirits, as well as to insects.

The house has 4 bedrooms with full bathroom and TV, a large living room on the upper floor with TV, DVD, table tennis as well as table games.

On the ground floor, the large entrance hall features fireplace, TV, writing table and tourist information. In another height is the dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has access to the patio where you can see the living rock from the beginning of the Sierra Calderona. When climbing the patio you will find the pool and the barbecue.
