Construction in stone and wood dates back to the 1940s and was completely restored in 2005, respecting structure, materials, antique furniture, etc.

It is distributed in three floors: the ground floor or cellar, the first floor that has direct access from the street and the 2nd floor or barn.

The old orchard is a garden area with a barbecue and for when the whole house is rented has a large independent common room that can be used for meetings, meals, etc.
