The house has about 110 m2 divided into two floors, the first is a large dining room, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with basic amenities. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, of which two are doubles (one with a double bed) and another individual, with the possibility of adding extra beds.

The house has central heating and TV in the living room, surrounded by a mountainous landscape, is situated on the one hand bordering the town center of the village and on the other hand with the N420 road.

In Peralejos it emphasizes its historical patrimony, the great tower of the church is Mudejar-Renaissance and considered of national tourist interest.

In its surroundings it counts on several merenderos with rotisseries, one in the river very close to the town and two others in zone of mountain. Hiking and cycling can be done by the greenway and the waterway of Alfambra. The landscapes of the Sierra del Pobo, in particular the ravines that surround the Alto de Castelfrio, are also very remarkable, also has sport hunting grounds.

The geographical situation of Peralejos, between the valley of the Alfambra and the foothills of the Sierra de la Sierra de Gúdar, makes this municipality present a rugged terrain, with abrupt relief, with great altitudinal unevenness in the territory.
