CasaBalsamo BED & BREAKFAST is located in the Aveto Nature Park, more precisely in the Valle Sturla. Nestled in the green Ligurian hills, the property is located a few miles from the highest peaks of the Ligurian Appenino (Monte Maggiorasca) but at the same time the sea is only 30 minutes away by car or bus (Chiavari, Lavagna and Sestri Levante they are the nearest seaside resorts-but also Portofino and the "Cinque Terre" are within easy reach). Our territory offers various possibilities for excursions: rock climbing, MTB and cycle touring, visits to the lakes (Giacopiane and Malanotte), walks and much more.

After a long conservative restoration entirely done by our hands, CasaBalsamo BED & BREAKFAST offers a pleasant welcome thanks to the warmth of the wood and the stone of which the structure is interposed. Located on three floors, CasaBalsamo has double and single rooms plus the "Piccionaia", an intimate and cozy attic for four people. In addition to the rooms the structure has, inside, a large living room, kitchen, toilet and two terraces. Outside, however, offers all guests the opportunity to use a large garden with barbecue, wood oven , toilets and parking spaces.

The management is entirely familiar, entrusted to dad Bruno, Theo and Noah ... but the atmosphere is also breathed in an atmosphere of great relaxation.
