Casal Solleric

Is one of the últimas that edificaron manor house in Palma. Built in the mid eighteenth century and situated in the heart of the city, its style is of baroque inspiration. The building is drawn from atribuye the architect Gaspar Palmer, mientras los trabajos that forging and the sculptural decoration are the artist Antonio Soldati. Its owners, the Morell family, quisieron it became a meeting place for artists and Writers. Inaugurated in 1985 as Exhibition and Documentation Center of Contemporary Art, is managed since then by the Ayuntamiento de Palma through the Palma Art Space Foundation.
