Ellauri Hotela recalls the tower house that existed in the place in the 14th century. Building of stone and wood, built in 2010, allows to revive placidly the ancient ways of life of the lineage of Ellauri in his ancestral house-watchtower on the difficult roads that crossed the Gorbeia, in the current Natural Park.

The restoration that we offer is rooted in the local: The old grilled cow chop, the hake ondarresa and the curd, elaborated in the traditional way complemented with products of the own garden.
