Libreria Palazzo Roberti

Located in the historic center of Bassano del Grappa, the Library Roberti Palace is an important reference point for the city that hosts it and to the surrounding territory. Opened in 1998, the year has found its ideal home in an eighteenth century palace, owned by the Manfrotto family who still manages the activities deployed within it, a unique example in Italy of great independent bookstore. The elegant architectural interior is on three floors, two of which - the ground floor and the mezzanine - are intended for exhibition and sale of books. The Piano Nobile, however, in addition to some rooms, has a lounge whose restoration has restored light to the splendid frescoes that decorate the walls. They are instead meetings with authors, conferences, concerts of classical music, photography exhibitions, which are an integral part of the bustling activities of the library. The desire to present itself as a place of meeting and discussion for the public, offering a welcoming environment in which to choose their own readings, prompted the library to acquire a wide range of titles that spans all publishing fields. To facilitate the customer, the assortment has been organized in departments and divided into thematic areas, on which supervises the professionalism of each manager, constantly available to the user. The corporate culture is founded on the marriage between modernity and tradition, the outcome of which ensures the attention paid to the innovations of the publishing market, the passion and the competence of their Italian book tradition.
