Contemporary high-standard cuisine, run by the São Paulo chef Fabiano Carvalho, Nebbiolo has a wine list with around 170 labels and excellent drinks options, signed by mixologist Alex Miranda.
The house has different menus for lunch and dinner. At dinner the menu features, in addition to the couvert with homemade breads, seven choices of starters and four of salads. The main courses are divided by artisanal pasta, four options homemade and without industrial additives, three types of risottos, five options of fish or seafood and seven options of meats and poultry. At lunch, every fortnight, chef Fabiano launches unpublished menus with starter, main course and dessert.
The architectural design blends wood and concrete to ensure a modern and cozy atmosphere, and features an event hall and an exclusive and fully equipped Vip Room for executive meetings.
