Okami Restaurante

Since Japan opened its doors to the world, we have been captivated by its magic and exoticism.

Okami restaurant, starts in response to that drunkenness and has driven us to create this project. Being aware of the passion that your kitchen awakens, we have started by launching a restaurant, where the taste for its seaweed, its fish, sea tradition at the same time so beloved and feared combine with that peculiar way of presenting its dishes, deities of nature.

In this way we want to create a bridge of union from gastronomy, to those other fascinating cultural facets such as communication through language or anime, art in areas such as tea ceremony, origami, ceramics or ikebana join to weave a large tapestry that awakens our senses and envelops us in an authentic Japanese experience.

For this we have the valuable support of culinary experts such as Ryoko or Takeshi; in teaching, Atsuko Mochisuki; in music, Keiko; and in the pottery, Akiko Matsuda.

For all this we want Okami to be much more than a Japanese restaurant.

Okami was born to become a symbol, a bridge of communication between two cultures, far away in space but united in the hearts of those who desire this alliance.
