Since we opened the Restaurant Orca door, we want our guests to feel at home, and enjoy the family atmosphere of the restaurant run by the Hrvatin family, with the help of their children and valuable staff. We consider our staff to be the jewel of the restaurant, so most of them are already employed for 10 - 26 years, which speaks about the quality and atmosphere of the restaurant itself.

IN THE RESTAURANT OF THE FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE ORGANIZATION, they are based on the floral and homemade ingredients that are grown in the scales of the Istrian and Mediterranean cuisines. FROM FRESH SEASON FOODS, TYPICAL FOR THE ISTARIAN AREA, WE ARE PREPARING THE FRUIT WHICH HAVE THE CAKE OF CHARACTERISTIC ISTRIAN KITCHEN AND MEDITERRANEAN KITCHEN, AND WE ARE SPRING TRADITIONAL AND MODERN.
