In our wine list you can find more than 150 different references. In it we have tried to have a range of the best wines of each area and country, with the purpose that in it they are the most novel and appropriate to the dishes that we elaborate in our kitchen. The DO La Mancha elaborates exclusively for the Mao Restaurant and the other restaurants of the Mao Restoration Group (Maroquería Mao, Asia di Roma, Old Shanghai and Mao Marisquería) the red, white and rosé wine Atanes de Calatrava, a broth that has obtained exceptional criticism in all the professional tastings where it has been presented.
