Restaurante Optimista

We want to welcome the Optimist. In dictionaries, optimism is a name, a disposition or tendency, a belief, a doctrine. The word comes from the French optimisme, which comes from the Latin optim (um), which means "better". In order to get ahead of your quick thoughts, we do not pretend to be good or to be better. Because, inevitably, the best is a judgment of comparison and we do not want you to compare us (for now) with other things. Some researchers say that people can be optimistic because they are immensely talented because they are very hardworking because they are blessed because they are lucky because they have the right friends or any combination of these and other factors that produces a good result at the outset. For we, the Optimists, are workers and keepers of various talents. But what we really are friends of each other, and when we call other friends and we all gather around good food is when we are happier. For many years we have been looking for what has always been under our noses: the repetition of the feeling of full heart, the smile on the face, the sounds of laughter, the hugs. It's the food. Ever. So, in an unprecedented way, one day we had an idea that already many friends around the world had had, that was to create a space where we will share with people a little of this marvel that we feel when we eat and drink together. And that was how the Optimist was born. In an act of great calculus, we also think that we have biology on our side. In the human brain there is a pleasure center whose function is to get us to do things that are biologically good for us. Do not cheat. A delicious meal in the company of friends and family. This center of pleasure in the brain connects to anything that can increase our survival hypothesis and therefore will lead us wherever it makes us feel good. And ready. Very simply, that's right. Not optimistic we want you to feel happy. When it comes here, it is because the heart here feels good. That is because after the entries, already has in the mouth the outline of a smile. In these tables there will be space to eat and drink, to laugh, to cry, to sing, to offer, to propose and to ask. Whatever it takes to get out of this space feels more optimistic and predisposed to happiness. Our only promise, as a friend of ours and this space would say, is to make Optimism, always, our revenue.
