Our accommodation, created on the basis of an old farmhouse that we have tastefully renovated respectful of Venetian traditions, consists of a restaurant with about 60 places at the base of each preparation there will always be the quality of the raw materials produced directly in the company. And 'our intention to make you appreciate and learn about the history and tradition of the culinary culture of the Veneto region through the preparation of appetizers, first courses, red meat tasted carpaccio, steak, fillet or Florentine, typical sweets and local cheese, herbs, vegetables and fruit. Even the 'extra virgin olive oil and wines are produced on the farm. We breed and use in cooking meat from cattle of local breed "Rendena", bred by traditional methods. Additionally, at the restaurant of Collalto it is possible to organize small receptions for communions, confirmations, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, snacks and lunches.

Gianico Viero is the owner and chef of the farm Collalto. He founded with other local restaurant owners the Brotherhood of IGP Cherry of Marostica. Among the various titles and honors outstanding recognition of the Italian Academy of Cuisine, which recognized the Farm Collalto the 9 score (the most 'highest score awarded so far).
