Poli Grappa

The Distillerie Poli distillation plant is an ancient copper still, among the very few still existing, composed of 12 flowing steam boilers with a discontinuous cycle, ideal for the distillation of red grape pomace.

In 2001 Athanor was installed, a plant with two bain-marie boilers of classical design, used for the distillation of grapes, fruit and wine.

In 2009, after years of research, was installed Crysopea, a plant with two boilers in a bain-marie under vacuum, considered the most innovative plant today in operation for the production of Grappa and used for the distillation of pomace from white grapes.

The building in which the Distillery resides is considered of historical-environmental interest for its portico structure typical of the ancient Venetian rural houses.
