Land cuisine, ours, which, between tradition and novelty, offers home-made pasta, hand-made bread, pans and focaccia of pharynx and noble wheat; Fassone meats, veal, white and red meat poultry, feathered game, rabbit and pig.

Protagonists, in these lands of great rural tradition, are the vegetables: the precious square pepper and the Asti onion, the hunchback cardo de Nice, the round hazelnut of the Langhe.

Our menus realize the coexistence of traditional long-cooking dishes with more modern dishes, prepared with new techniques and with the use of aromatic herbs and spices, in delicate balance.

Land kitchen, which gives the sea the most wise contamination: the taste of the anchovy, arrived here, centuries ago, along the Via del Sale.
