One of a kind, the Crowned Beef is the last remnant of the La Villette horse traders. If you do not cross any more pegs in apron, on the other hand it is still well and truly the realm of quality meat. With a card that has no less than a dozen pieces of beef of different weights, meat lovers will of course be filled, since they can choose between the pavers of agents (300 g), Chateaubriand of the bidochards (700 g) or the prime rib (1.2 k). All these pieces of king are beautiful origins and served with delicious blown apples as we do not find more ... Generous and traditional dishes (veal head "old France", grilled whole veal kidney, ...) can meet to all desires and satiate them.
