Easy to reach us, we are in San Stae in the immediate vicinity from the homonymy stop from where they arrive and leave public transport, "Vaporetti", to the railway station of Santa Lucia (8 minutes), to the automotive terminals of Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto (10 minutes) and we are strategically positioned to easily access the most important tourist attractions such as: Rialto and its Metcato (08 minutes walk), Piazza San Marco (15 minutes on foot), the Academy (20 minutes by boat) and to start unprecedented walking routes among the many places that are characterized by tastes and flavors of the Venetian tradition.

Completely renovated recently, they are all independent rooms with double bed, private bathroom with shower, independent heating, air conditioning, WIFI in common areas included in the price. If you wish to have separate beds instead of double beds, we can add an extra bed.

All rooms are equipped with sheets and towels for the shower, hairdryer, small fridge, microwave and everything you need to make a cup of tea and instant coffee that we are happy to offer you as well as fruit juices and cookies as "Welcome "in addition to the Map of Venice with personalized itineraries.

Depending on the season, prices vary from a minimum of € 35.00 to a maximum of € 170.00 per night for a double room (prices are per room, not per person). Tourist taxes are not included.

Check out: 11:30 am with the possibility to leave your luggage on site until your departure.

How to reach us:

From the MARCO POLO airport of Venice (journey time approximately 40 min). Directions from Venice Marco Polo Airport via Alilaguna. From the MARCO POLO Treviso Airport "SAN GIUSEPPE" (journey time 1h and 15 min). Take the ATVO shuttle to Piazzale Roma. Route from Piazzale Roma Take the public boat line 1 and get off at San Stae (04 stops). Route from the Santa Lucia train station Take the public boat line 1 and get off at San Stae (03 stops). From the San Stae stop continue straight along the street in front of the stop and at the first street on the right calle Tron at number 1964 (second door on the right).
