Casa Brasil brings you a range of delicious, freshly cooked, meat and poultry, slowly cooked on our charcoal bbq. Guests simply control the flow of meats with a red and green card, and it is then carved directly onto your plate by our gauchos.

Choose from our wide selection of picanha rump steak, leg of lamb, marinated chicken wings and legs, ribeye of pork, turkey breast, gammon, Brasilian sausages, BBQ’d pineapple and more.

HOW IT WORKS Step 1 Sit down, relax, enjoy a drink, while we explain to you the rodizio BBQ dining experience.

Step 2 You can immediately visit our gourmet hot and cold Brasilian buffet, and when you return the bbq’d meat will start to flow.

Step 3 Turn your card green side up, signalling that you are ready to begin table side service. Various types of marinated meat will be sliced in front of you - with your own tongs you will take the sliced meat from your gaucho waiter.

Step 4 When you are feeling satisfied, flip the disc to the red side until you are ready for more offerings.
