Benvenuti ("Welcome") to Casa La Pace, a Bed and Breakfast located in Ghivizzano in northern Tuscany's Serchio Valley. “La Pace” means “peace” and we know that your stay at our B&B will be a tranquil respite from the larger cities crowded with tourists. Casa La Pace is in the Serchio valley, the heart of the Garfagnana, a fertile land of wild terrain, charming Medieval villages, and delicious Italian food and wine.

Casa La Pace has been beautifully renovated and offers all of the latest conveniences, including Internet access. Each of our four guest rooms has its own private bathroom. Our breakfast buffet includes cheeses from the Garfagnana, fresh-baked pastries from the local baker, and fresh fruits and juices.

We are an easy drive from Lucca, Florence, or Pisa. If you are travelling by train, Casa La Pace is a short stroll from the Ghivizzano train station. Ghivizzano is 30 minutes by train from Lucca and less than an hour from Pisa Airport.
