Casa Rural El Frontón

The house is located in the last village of Teruel, Abejuela, 20 km from Manzanera, Teruel and 10 km from La Yesa, Valencia, in the foothills of Javalambre, region of the Sierra de Gúdar.

In the village, you can breathe a rural atmosphere, of tranquility, with a direct contact with nature. Located at the end of the street that gives the name, it closes the same, leaving a narrow passage that goes to the eras of the town.

The house has 2 parts, the old one, renovated but maintaining the roof beams and stone column serving as a strut, and the new one, which also has exit through the back to the eras.

In the lower part, we have the large fireplace, the living room, the library and TV room, the dining room, and the kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and a cupboard. Also the wood. In the kitchen, there is another fireplace, with barbecue.

Through the stairs, you access the upstairs rooms, all exterior and very spacious. The room of the old house, has a balcony facing the street of the Fronton. The rooms behind, windows to the ages, and the inside, overlook an outside terrace, with very good views of the mountains.

On this floor, there is another bathroom and a distributor that gives amplitude to the house. In the decoration has tried to combine a comfortable and rustic at the same time. It is very well connected with the Valencian mountains, with the towns of La Yesa and Alpuente. Since December 2009 there is central heating throughout the house!
