The building is an 18th century construction used as a flour mill until 1924, when it was transformed into a light factory, currently in operation.

Remodeled in its entirety, it constitutes a quiet and comfortable accommodation in a unique natural environment; ideal for events such as bachelor party; meetings between friends; relatives with children or groups of hunters. With a living room of 80 m2.

The building is located on the Canal de Castilla in the middle of nature, 1.5 km from Herrera de Pisuerga and 500 m from the railway station. They do not bother and are bothered by neighbors.
