Welcome to Villa SemSem. This holiday home, recently renovated in its entirety is located in a privileged place, next to the Laguna de San Pedro in the famous Lagunas de Ruidera. Surrounded by trees and with direct access to the lagoon, it also has a large garden of 500m2 with different environments where you have breakfast with the tranquility of the landscape or where to prepare a tasty barbecue. It has 2 habitable floors completely separate with independent access and different capacity. The house is also near the zone of night entertainment in the area, as well as restaurants and bars. It is undoubtedly the ideal place to do water activities, bird watching, walking on trails and observe the rich landscape of this curious enclave. There are also numerous nearby towns to visit with a great artistic historical interest; or the ethnographic museum of Ossa de Montiel, the cave of Montesinos or the Castle of Rochafrida.

In the house you will find all the necessary information to enjoy this region on your days off. Villa Sem Sem offers other optional activities such as mountain bike rental, or rowing boat. All units have blue heat heating in each room. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine and all the necessary utensils for its use. Charcoal barbecue (for use in the garden). It is a house very well lit naturally, with incredible views to be only 5 meters from the foot of the lagoon, also thanks to the structure has a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
