Initially established in Leeds in 2004, Chaophraya can now be found in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.

Chaophraya (pronounced Chao-pi-ya) takes its name from the main waterway in Thailand. In ancient times this river breathed life into the families who lived along its banks. Today the river is still regarded as part of the essence of Thailand, which is where we take our inspiration.

Our chef director Kim Kaewkraikhot working closely with our Head Chef, Yiam Dokpudsha to design an unique and interesting menu featuring the best dishes from Thailand. Our motto is "Ow Jai Sai" which translates as "from the heart". We feel proud of our authentic and creative food, always selecting the freshest ingredients.

We hope to see you soon!
