THE KITCHEN The kitchen is directed by Laurent Beaumont. This prodigy chef, a pupil of Paul Bocuse, rewrote in his own way the history of traditional cooking. His terroir and limitless imagination make his plates that share a festival of new flavors.

THE BAR CHRYSTIE offers a global experience and the bar is inseparable from the place. Held by Dany who, although a fine technician of the shaker, arrives with his creative cocktails to transmit waves of emotions. His card is a Pandora's box which, once opened, can not stop to surprise.
