`60 years, someone who lived them, others have only heard them tell how something now far away in time. In both cases, each of us today is the result of the profound changes of manners born precisely from the ferment of those years. And it was just 1967 when La Pineta opened its doors as a "dancing", in the style of dance halls then in vogue in the Versilia. The melodies were those of Gino Paoli, Peppino di Capri, Luigi Tenco, Fred Buongusto, Bobby Solo etc. On this music scene is overlooked, however, already growing strongly, new and biting rhythms from England and overseas. Pinewood was not slow to ride the wave of this revolution of sound, taste, the way to have fun and lifestyle and behold, console, mixer, stereo, psychedelic lights and dj became the new ingredients that they converted into "Discoteca La Pineta". Since then, for more than four decades of music, events, artists, changes, improvements and continued commitment, La Pineta has always been the beating heart of the nightlife of the Riviera with the summer magic of his now famous and unforgettable " Starry nights "and the famous" Italian Sunday ".
