Françoise Besson gallery develops an activity centered mainly on trends in contemporary painting and modes of expression of this medium.
The artistic choices are characterized by the desire to defend the multiple forms that painting takes today and open them to other practices (drawing, video, installation ...) that question the role of memory in the construction of the image.
A new space located above the gallery is devoted to drawing and printmaking, but also to welcoming collectors, artist residencies, and literary appointments scheduled from 2011.
During each season, the gallery presents six exhibitions, including four monographs, collective attachment and an exhibition with a historical perspective.
