In his new restaurant in the Port district in Nice, he not only sets trends but also combines regional cuisine with an attentive and stylish atmosphere. The market's premieres are found on the menu, with freshly squeezed juice cocktails such as carrot and spicy beetroot or rhubarb and ginger with orange, apricot and rose.
