Join us at our Lurgan Farmhouse which offers Bed and Breakfast accommodation near Aberfeldy on a 1700 acre upland farm overlooking the beautiful Tay valley. The B & B is 5 miles from the town of Aberfeldy and 3 miles from the village of Grandtully. We are ideally situated for fishing, canoeing, golfing, hillwalking and touring, with a varied selection of tourist attractions.

Accommodation comprises 1 large upstairs bedroom, so you will be the sole guests in the house. There is one double bed and one single bed as well as a fold away single bed so it is ideal for a couple or for 2 adults and 2 children, or even a twin. The room has an en-suite bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Guests have a sitting room/breakfast room downstairs with a TV and free WIFi and superb views across the farmland and valley. The house is fully central heated with a wood burning stove in the sitting room.

Guest are welcome to walk round the farm and hill tracks where they are assured of seeing a wide variety of animals from the cattle and sheep, which are our main business enterprises, to the wildlife associated with a traditional hill farm including Red Deer, Grouse, Pheasants, and various birds of prey to mention but a few. The farm rises to 2500 feet to the top of Faragon (a registered corbet), and the views from there on a good day are spectacular. For the less energetic the views can be absorbed from our well kept garden, which has a variety of garden birds and red squirrels along with a wooden decking overlooking the view.
