The museum is housed in the building that housed the small theater in Orentano, dating from the first half of the twentieth century. A further element of great archaeological rarity, at least in our latitudes, is the monossile canoeing in the Middle Age reason Oak documenting the navigational techniques of ancient origin of the waters of the ancient Lake Bientina.
