Museo de Arte Sacro de Piedrahíta

The Museum of Sacred Art of Piedrahita (M.A.S.Pi.) arises from the need to preserve the historical and artistic heritage of the town of Piedrahita and the region of Valdecorneja. We seek to combine the religious space with the museum space, so that the visitor can contemplate both at the same time and enjoy the excellent legacy that have left us generations of piedrahitenses throughout the centuries.

In addition to the museum, M.A.S.Pi. it has been proposed as priority objectives the preservation of the ruins of the Convent of the Convent of Sto. Sunday, in serious risk of disappearance and to energize the cultural life of Piedrahita and its region. This last task is done through the cultural summer days.
