The museum is dedicated to the two great champions of cycling Costante Girardengo and Fausto Coppi. With over 3000 square meters, it is the largest exhibition dedicated to cycling in Italy. A long central path traces the history of the bicycle: a wooden reproduction of a drawing by Leonardo da Vinci, to the newest prototypes of titanium and light alloys. Then there are the bikes and the great champions mesh: Pantani, Gimondi, Moser Saronni, Adorni and many more and of course Coppi and Girardengo. Another strong point of the museum is the chance to see old films, very rare, spanning 50 years of history. At the entrance is a permanent exhibition on puppets of the Pallavicini family and the vast exhibition halls host regular art exhibitions.
