This unsupervised marvel is called Praia da Boca do Rio, literally 'river mouth beach'. The river is Ribeira de Budens, which runs around the wide sandstrip, under a tall and lush hill that forms the sandstrip's eastern limit. The beach offers fantastic sights of the seaside geography and nature. Ancient lusitano-roman ruins sit by the sand, adding a bit of mistery too. There is an access road and a small parking lot, so there is no excuse to miss this amazing spot!
