The Bideko restaurant is located in the majestic Ayalian farmhouse of the 17th century, which gives it its name. Located in the Ayala Valley, 25 minutes from Bilbao and 20 minutes from Vitoria, surrounded by the Gorbea massif and the Sierra Salvada, Bideko presents the ideal setting for a meeting or celebration.

Run by the Guinea family for more than two centuries and faithful to the philosophy and idiosyncrasies that distinguish its gastronomic history, Javier Guinea has managed to collect and assemble in his kitchen the roots of traditional recipes, the best of the past and the creativity of the present, contributing the authentic flavors, where the quality of the raw material and seasonal product take center stage.

Bideko Restaurant consists of three different spaces inside, two rooms on the main floor with a capacity of 40 and 60 guests respectively and a lounge on the top floor for 170 people. The wood seen from the beams and columns of the farmhouse preside over the different rooms, conferring a rustic, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
