Carta de la Tierra is more than a restaurant, it is a social project of the Carrión de los Condes Rural Development Center that aims to sustain life in the Tierra de Campos region by attending to the needs of the most fragile people and taking care of the territory in the that we inhabit. Many of our menus are made with organic products or proximity.
