Villa Case Rosse Bed & Breakfast

Villa Case Rosse arises from the recovery of an ancient building of 1700 immersed in the Versilia countryside and renovated in respect of the original architectural features typical of Tuscan homes such as ceilings with beams and terracotta floors. Even the red that distinguishes it today as then is characteristic of the houses of our region. The name "Case Rosse" is expressed in the plural because originally the villa was a manor house with other properties and it is from here that originates the name of the street "Via Case Rosse".

The structure is unique in its kind, a Tuscan style in all respects that is easy to find in the hilly areas of the region but almost never so close to the sea; the Villa is in fact a stone's throw from the prestigious beaches of Forte dei Marmi, just as close is Pietrasanta, a town known for exhibitions and artistic and cultural initiatives. Looking up you can admire the impressive Apuan Alps that are just minutes from the structure and offer, in addition to beautiful landscapes, opportunities for hiking and outdoor sports.

The villa is surrounded by ancient olive trees and is located in a quiet but not isolated area from which you can walk to the main services; customers can use the private swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs and parking inside the structure.
