Whinmore Bed and Breakfast is very conveniently situated close to 21 Quality Golf Courses and in close proximity to the charming small Borders town of Duns only a short drive from the Scenic Seaside towns of Berwick, Eyemouth, Cockburnspath,Dunbar and North Berwick with Edinburgh only a 40 min drive along the A1. History abounds in the area with many Buildings of significant Interest throughout Scotlands Border Region .Just over the Border Berwick and Holy Island ,Alnwick Gardens are but a few of the many attractions in this Wonderful and Diverse part of The Borders. For those interested in Outdoor pursuits Whinmore is very close to the famous River Tweed and many fantastic Lochs and Rivers only a short drive away. We are situated in the Centre of The Lammermuir Hills which is a great base and stop off area for travelling through the Borders and Beyond. You can be sure of a Very warm welcome with great Food and Accomodation . All of our 3 rooms have Private Bathroom or ensuite facilities. The ownwers have lived in the area all their lives and have a wealth of Knowledge of the Wild life and fauna that abounds in this Very Rich area of the Scottish Lowlands.
