Il nostro è un romantico agriturismo di charme nel cuore della Toscana dei luoghi d'arte, di cultura e dell'enogastronomia. Ricavato in una storica fortezza con Torre medievale del X SEC. è situata su una variante dell'antica via francigena, in posizione dominante sul colle di fronte alle torri di San Gimignano ed alle colline del Chianti. Cosa offriamo? Il vero lusso di una vacanza in campagna ai nostri tempi: L’ozio, ma nella accezione latina del termine otium, il dolce far niente che si contrapponeva al negotium, tempo forzato da dover dedicare alle incombenze materiali. E poi la possibilità di godere di spazi vitali ampi da condividere con pochi privilegiati. Un luogo dover poter esercitare i sensi così spesso bistrattati nel quotidiano; rieducare l’olfatto agli odori della campagna nel mutare delle stagioni. Incrociare per un momento infinito lo sguardo di un daino e subito poi lanciare la vista da una collina, sfiorando piccoli borghi, coltivazioni de viti e ulivi, boschi e sempre più in là, senza limiti nell’infinito. Assaggiare golosi un frutto colto da un albero e ritrovare “quel” sapore che da tanto non gustavamo. Sfiorare con la mano il piano di un vecchio tavolo da “battitura” e ritrovare nelle sue rugosità la fatica di una mano antica. Il suono del silenzio nella notte, che ci meraviglia e ci riconcilia con noi stessi.

It will be a great pleasure for me to host you in the relax of our large 550 sqm dwelling where time has stopped, restored from an historical fortress with medieval tower of the 10th century, located on a variant of the ancient Via Francigena, dominant on the hill top facing San Gimignano towers and the Chianti hills. What I will offer you? the real luxury of taking a country holiday nowadays the experiece of the idleness, but in the Latin sense of the word otium, the doing sweet nothing as opposed to negotium, being driven by time to do one’s daily duties. Then there’s the opportunity to appreciate ample living space to share with a few privileged people. You'll find a place where you can exercise your senses so often constrained in day-to-day life. Re-educate your sensations to the smells of the countryside as the seasons change. Catch the passing glance of a deer and then see the view from a hill unfold, taking in small villages, vineyards and olive groves, woods and beyond, to boundless infinity. Greedily taste a delicious fruit picked from the tree and find again “that” taste we haven’t enjoyed for so long. Slide your hand on top of an old hewn table and find in its roughness the fatigue of an ancient hand. The sound of silence in the night lets us, marvelling, reconnect with our inner selves.
