A short distance from the banks of the Rhone, close to the famous Place Bellecour, Le Sud invites to a sunny and tasty escapade. In the early days, we press on the terrace or in the veranda for a holiday parenthesis. Here, olive oil reigns supreme as well as spices that come up fish, meat and poultry. The Cuisine du Soleil is declined with the seasons, according to the local products unearthed on the market by the Chef Lasne: at the beginning, we gorge ourselves of sunny vegetables with a caviar of aubergines with the perfumes of the South, a pot of Marseilles fisherman, a tajine of vegetables in the oriental style ... The cod is tasted in aioli with vegetables, Bresse chicken tajine with candied lemon. Brasserie le Sud offers a service for groups reception.
