Hi, our names are Federica and Andrea, we moved from Milan to Inverness in 2015 after fall in love with the Highlands and their inhabitans. We have opened our "Buonissimo" to let the Highland people taste the last Italian delicatessen. "Buonissimo" means "delicious" and we promise you that everything you find in our shop is delicious and healthy. Italian food tradition is not as simple as it could seem. It's different from region to region and also a couple of miles could make a big difference in the receipt. We spent several years working in food business in Italy, learning regional receipes and tradition, meeting top quality suppliers. At "Buonissimo" there is all of this: love for the Italian food, deep knowledge of the tradition and attention to the latest 100% Italian food creations.
