The house is located in Rio Bermuza, a small village formed by groups of cortijadas along the river of the same name, that is born a few kilometers and provides water to the nearby La Viñuela reservoir. The valley is a hidden garden  between the mountains of the privileged region of the Axarquía, with subtropical, surrounded by hills of rainfed crops and breathtaking views  to the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda and the highest peak of the province, La Maroma.  It is both away and close to everything. The beach of Torre del Mar to 18 km, The Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda and Canillas de Aceituno to 5 km, the reservoir and the village of La Viñuela to 6 km, Malaga to 48 km, the thermal baths and the town of Alhama de Granada to 39 km, Granada to 81 km, the nearest municipal swimming pool to 6 km, the nearest golf course to 20 km. The Axarquia region of Malaga is rich in natural, cultural and gastronomic attractions and the Bermuza River is an unbeatable starting point for touring the three tourist routes; the Mudéjar route, the wine route, the oil route and the mountains and the sun and the avocado, not to mention the beaches and cliffs along the coast and the hiking trails through the natural park.
