Hiking and mountain biking: Lanzahíta links the GR180, trails of the Valle del Tiétar central system, where you can enjoy a great variety of landscapes of singular beauty, with a mild climate protected by the presence of the Sierra de Gredos that protects the valley from the winds cold of the north. In our walk we can observe a varied flora and fauna.

The itinerary is marked with wooden beacons at crossings and detours. This path connects with other trails in the region with which enjoyment is guaranteed.
