Festival Rama

Rama Festival is a music festival, which in the 2016 edition has reached 6000 appearances and hosted the live performances by over 50 artists, mostly local, with some of the most prominent figures on the national scene, also active abroad.

The Festival, fully funded until today, has become the mainstay of youth culture on the veronese side of Lake Garda.

Rama Festival promotes and applies the values ​​of volunteering and solidarity, seeking cooperation with other youth and cultural associations, including in the field of sport and outdoor activities. Rama Festival is a reality that has accompanied the development of many emerging groups and artists in the area, defining a common identity and a musical scene, thus entering the lifestyle of thousands of young people who participate with awareness, supporting music , The artists and the charity projects promoted by the festival.

The venue of the Festival will be, like last year, the dismantled Caserma XXX May, former military prison. The site lies semi-neglected since the '90s.

Addressing the obvious logistical and organizational problems is a source of pride for us to be able to open these spaces to the public, and with the help of the volunteers of the FAI - Verona Section we can offer guided tours of the entire area offered in its secular stratification Roman archaeological finds, scaligera, Venetian and Hapsburg up to the present day.
