Located in the heart of the wonderful Trieste, a city with a Central European and cosmopolitan flavor, our Bed & Breakfast offers three spacious superior rooms with a king-size bed and the possibility of adding a third bed. The rooms are finely furnished and complete with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi and hairdryer.

Every morning we will be happy to give you a good morning with a rich and tasty Italian breakfast: on the table you will find juices, fresh fruit, cereals, fragrant freshly baked brioches, sweets typical of Trieste and Friuli tradition, cakes, biscuits and, on request, a selection of gluten-free products for celiacs.

Francis is a strategic starting point if you want to visit Trieste in total autonomy: it is very close to the Central Station which is 750 meters away and is less than 900 meters from Piazza Unità d'Italia, so that with a walk of less than 15 minutes you will find yourself surrounded from its magical atmosphere. If, however, your itinerary takes you further afield, a few meters away you will find the stops of the main bus lines. Do you prefer to come by car? You can park it at the Forum Ulpiano, convenient parking at 300mt from our B & B.

We are pet-friendly: we like animals and we will welcome your four-legged friends, we only ask you to tell us the presence of the hairy host to ensure adequate accommodation.
