Hotel Villariis

The Hotel Villa Riis is an Ancient Villa of the last century, its Neo Classic style reflects the general architecture of Taormina. The building has in fact taken up the style and the same architecture of the Palazzo Duca di Santo Stefano, the Palazzo Corvaja, the Palazzo Comunale and many other structures dating back to different eras, Araba, Gotica, Normanna. The villa was built exactly in 1830 by an aristocratic English family as a holiday home. In that historical period in fact many were the foreign aristocrats who chose Taormina as a holiday and second residence. In 1950 the Villa was transformed into a hotel maintaining elegance and providing high quality services.  The hotel has 44 rooms including single, double, suite and junior suites, all elegantly furnished in style, overlooking the sea of ​​Taormina, the bay of Giardini Naxos and the view of the Etna volcano on the right. The flagship is undoubtedly the panoramic lift that leads to the pool and to the tennis court.

The hotel also has at its guests' disposal a swimming pool, a tennis court, a fitness center equipped for sports activities and a large guarded parking lot. A spectacular and panoramic lift leads directly into the pool and onto the tennis court.
